Enrollment Guide for New and Returning Students
New Students:
Visiting The Academy is as simple as 4 steps:
1. Look through the "Available Classes" and determine what type of session you're interested in BEFORE contacting The Head Mistress.
2. Call the Scheduling Line with your session request.
3. Once approved, reserve your appointment with Mistress Shae Flanigan.
4. On the day of your appointment, call the Head Mistress between 10:30 and 12:00 to confirm your appointment and receive directions. (If your appointment was scheduled more than 3 days in advance a confirmation call or email the day before your appointment is also required.)
5. If travel, or other life situations prevent you from being able to contact us between 10:30 and 12:00 the day of your appointment, a suitable workaround will be determined for you.
NOTE: Students who do not confirm their appointment will NOT be allowed into the building.
* Be no more than 5 minutes early or 10 minutes late to your appointment. If you become stuck in traffic call to let the Head Mistress know prior to the start of your appointment time.
Should you need to cancel your appointment:
Call or email Head Mistress Shae to let her know as soon as you are able.
Students who do not call to cancel their appointment will not be allowed to return.
At The Academy we do not tolerate disrespect. If you cannot be thoughtful enough to cancel your appointment you will not be given a second chance. There is NO excuse for having the inability to call.

Scheduling Line Rules: READ BEFORE YOU CALL!
1. The Scheduling Line is answered between 10:30 am - 7:30 pm, Monday - Saturday at the Mistress' availability. If you are routed to voicemail, leave your name and phone number where you may be reached to schedule your class.
- At The Academy, we are always discrete when returning calls.
*If you are unable to be reached by phone for discretionary reasons, email the Head Mistress directly to schedule your class.
2. The Academy does not offer telephone courses and does not tolerate phone pests.
3. At The Academy we appreciate that your time is valuable as is ours; so to better meet the needs of our students, we expect you to know which classes (whether 1 or several) you would like to enroll for at the beginning of your call.
4. While we offer lessons for all levels of students at The Academy it is essential that you can articulate to some degree what you are interested in exploring. Those without any knowledge in BDSM will be turned away.
