For those of us used to the lovely Southern California sun these "June Gloom" days which unfortunately carry through into July can often be a serious mood crasher.

Depending on the type of session you're into, the endorphin release you find during session can give you back the pep in your step for days during this gloomy weather.

When the hum-drums hit, tickling sessions especially have been known to receive the greatest results with highs being felt as long as five days later.

Try thinking outside the box next time the weather has you down.

What an adventure! 


Catching up with friends, clients and enjoying old stomping grounds. From San Francisco to Portland and Seattle to the smaller towns in Eastern Washington, thank you for welcoming me with open arms!


No matter where I go, or how much fun I've had, there is something sacred to returning home and a delicious joy to awaking in one's own bed. 


I must say, I was touched by the barrage of voice mails that greeted me this morning.... Thank you, I missed you all as well and I am looking forward to seeing you also.

I must say, returning to Seattle on a wonderfully sunny day was a welcome treat.

It feels good to be back and I am looking forward to the many adventures I have planned while I'm here.

I must say arriving late last night to a weather forecast of, "...evening temperatures will be in the upper 40's tonight," I was not sure what weather to expect during my stay. This morning however, I awoke to a beautiful sunny day that made me feel as though I was still home in southern California!

I adore exploring new cities and the weather today is ideal for it. Now the only question is where to begin. Any suggestions?

AMAZING WEEKEND! 06/15/2010
 
I'm back from my incredible weekend in Palm Springs! Desire is a weekend I give myself each year to be surrounded by other kinky women from all over the world where we play hard, learn, connect and have a fantastic time.

Sorry boys, Desire is a women's only weekend, but it is safer that way as the play we do there would terrify all but the most hardened of you. Why would I be so bold as to assume such a thing? 1. There were 150 of us. 2. My hands personally: taught the importance of negotiation by way of forced water torture,  decorated two people with my stapler, discovered the joys of suturing.... repeatedly, pulled of my greatest mind-fuck to date, left marks that will last for weeks and brought two fantastically strong women to tears multiple times. 3. Lets just say for ease that 1/3 of the women there were tops, and another 1/3 were switches and the final 1/3 were bottoms. Women arrived on Friday mostly without marks, they left Sunday or Monday black & blue, scabbing, etc. This weekend is not for the feint of heart. Women play hard, and I LOVE it.

As I told one Desire virgin, it's like Disneyland, just minus the children but keep the screaming, then add a lot of orgasms and the sounds of people being beaten bloody. My, if that were Disney, I would be a Platinum Member. :D

Needless to say, my inner sadist is delightfully happy and already I'm counting down for next year!

My apologies for not updating sooner! 


Things have been a whirlwind here as of late with my back to back workshops at DomCon and then the Leather Tent for Long Beach Pride. 


Both were a great deal of fun and from the reviews I heard, my audience enjoyed them as well. 


Now that I have been back in the city for a little bit, it's been nice to catch up with so many of my regulars and meet some new faces who are quickly becoming regulars. 



So that I don't loose touch with any of you for too long, I've decided to postpone my west coast road-trip for the time being and shorten it into a simple jaunt up to Seattle, WA - Vancouver, B.C. and back. All toll, I should only be gone about a week and a half or so.... much more tolerable, yes?


For those who have yet to visit me at the beautiful Servitous LA space you are TRULY missing out. It's private and gorgeous and has all the equipment you could ever dream of wanting. For those of you who love overnight and extended sessions, this space will make you melt. I truly can lock you away and keep you for days and no one would be the wiser....

Last night I made my debut appearance on the former Talking Sex Radio with the lovely and vivacious Lady C and Mr. Ran. 

We had a fantastic time discussing kidnapping scenes, spanking sessions and ways to keep novice players safe while venturing out and ways for them to get to know their communities. 

If you missed the live video feed last night, make sure to keep an eye out for Rev Mel's upload in a few weeks, it was a blast!

Wednesday: 5:00 - 6:00 pm teaching my "Blood Cupping" workshop 
Thursday evening: Attending the Mistress Dinner then following Meet and Greet
Friday: I will be socializing with the other lovely members of Servitus in the booth that Goddess Soma has arranged, attending workshops and accepting sessions.
Saturday: I will be available during the day and considering attending the after play party.
Sunday I will not be available.

I'm home! 04/28/2010
 
After finding myself on a plane for seven hours surrounded by nine screaming infants, I have come to the conclusion that having a layover wouldn't have been a bad thing. Oh well, it was a lesson well learned.

I am home and happily reconnecting with the world's cutest puppy while I get the remainder of my week lined up. How has everyone else been? Have you missed me?

For those of you who will be in Los Angeles for DomCon this month, not only will I be coming out of hiding, I will also be one of the presenters for the Industry-Only workshops. So, if you find yourselves lucky enough to be able to attend the Industry-Only gatherings and enjoy blood-play, you might enjoy sitting in on my "Blood Cupping" workshop Wednesday May 12th from 5:00 - 6:00 pm. If you have never experienced this type of play before it’s a sight to be seen, just be sure to bring your smelling salts if the sight of blood makes you feel feint!

In other news, I will be in town during May, give or take a weekend here or there. So those of you who have messaged me about missing me while I’m away will finally have a reprieve. Of course, if I don't hear from you now that I’m back, I’ll just need to find some other lovely adventure to go on.... Chicago? New York? Hmmmm.... ;)

Speaking of travel, my time in FL was wonderful! Not only was the weather gorgeous, I absolutely fell in love with the storm that came through during one of my days there; simple phenomenal! I can’t wait to go back and will need to think of an excuse to make it out there again soon. I wonder what kind of kinky/foodie roadtrip I can work out across the lower states? What do you think? Meet a different client in each city? Do a session and be treated to a fantastic dinner date in each town? Oh yes, I would ADORE that. Any volunteers?

As for this trip, I couldn't have stayed with sweeter people if I had tried. Witty, wonderful, kinky and lovely. This trip for me was a smashing success and I like to think I made at least three new friends in the process. The conference itself was filled with delightful men and women stunning leather and I was blessed by meeting, and reconnecting with, amazing souls.

Truly, I adore my life and whenever I think it may have reached it’s pinnacle, it surprises me by getting even better by leaps and bounds.
