A Kundalini Yoga class designed for the Top, Dom/Domme, Mistress/Master in the BDSM Community is unique and inexpensive. A group class where everyone is welcome and feels comfortable being themselves.

This class is a non-linear combination of easy stretching, yoga postures, breathing techniques, stretching with rope, and meditative exercises that give you a new set of personal tools to enhance your Kink life and move past any limitations.
Enhance your Kink experience by learning easy and quick techniques to do before your play that will calm your nerves, increase your sensation, channel your excitement, and enhance your mental vibration. This class teaches you exercises that will decrease joint and pressure injuries, making it easier to enjoy your Kink life.

After a lovely Memorial Day weekend I'm looking forward to getting back to a week filled with play! If you still have hopes of seeing me this week, Thursday morning and bits of Friday are your best bets. Remember, I am only taking appointments 24 hours in advance at this point so don't even dream of calling me at the last moment thinking you'll have a chance of seeing me.
To those who have have been patiently awaiting responses to email sent to me in the past five days; thank you for your continued understanding as this past week has been spent moving from the beautiful downtown loft I called home into an even more spectacular house.
After the long weekend I am almost completely settled in and writing to you now from my new office with birds chirping in the background. Never fear, The Academy will stay EXACTLY where it is in the lovely Historical District so this Metro-Mistress can enjoy the best of both her beloved worlds.
It's time for me to go get ready for another busy day of sessions and those who know me, know that when I am content I become even MORE devious! <wink>

With Mistress Shae Flanigan and the ever so delightful Miss Melissa Elaine.
This class is open to all experience levels whether students are first-time novices with a desire to learn or experienced trans-sexual or trans-gender woman looking broaden their current make-up, style or shopping repertoire.
From the moment you walk through The Academy doors you will be invited into a sanctuary where you are free to be yourself without fear of judgment or reprimand.
We will start with the basics and work our way through more advanced techniques in each of the below areas as the day progresses:
Makeup:
Palate selection, feature accentuation, easier touch-ups, application for different lighting
Hair:
Wig care and storage, understanding style proportions, styling tips and resources
Skincare:
Pre-makeup prep, proper cleansing, night-time care
Exercise:
Figure toning exercises, areas to avoid
Wardrobe:
How to choose attire to correctly match your proportions to look beautiful and classy for any occasion, proper “undergarments”, corset styles, body forms and shapers
*Please bring three outfits you would normally wear with you to class. One casual, one classy and one for “going out”
Mannerisms:
Carriage, posture, proper hand and arm placement, default tips and tricks
Eating:
Feminizing table manners and etiquette – lesson will be taught hands on
Safety:
Personal: Overheating, heel-malfunctions, etc
External: Dealing with advances, staying safe while out, how to protect yourself
This will be a 100% hands on class. Everyone, including your instructors, will arrive clean-faced and go through everything step-by-step together. This will be a place for any concerns or problem areas you may have to be addressed by one or both of the workshop instructors as well as to share what methods work well for you.
Refreshments and snacks will be available throughout the day and all attendees will be provided with a resource list to take home with them for future shopping adventures.
At 7:00pm the class will divide and students who are closeted are individually invited to use The Academy’s shower facilities to return to their “vanilla” personas while the remainder or the class packs up their belongings to take to their vehicles.
Once everyone has completed their preparations to either return to their homes or continue out with into the evening, The Academy faculty members and remaining students will embark on an evening of dinner, drinks and dancing.
*Post-workshop location information will be given to registered students only.
All experience levels are welcome!
To get through everything we have in store for you we ask everyone to arrive on time with the following:
- Makeup kits (including make-up, brushes, sponges, etc)
- Razors and shaving accoutrements (if unable to bring shaving supplies, please cleanly shave as close as possible to class start time)
- Three wigs of choice (or however many your have)
- Appropriate undergarments (Including cinchers, bras, breast forms, etc)
- Three outfits; a casual outfit, a “going-out” outfit and a dress outfit (this includes shoes and stockings for each)
- Coordinating jewelry normally worn with each outfit
*If you are joining us during the later part of the evening, please also bring money for any drinks and food you may want as well as cover.

What a truly fantastic weekend! DomCon on Saturday was lovely. Not only in the wonderful collection vendors I had the chance to peruse, but also in the spectacular collection of people I had the pleasure to meet and many wonderful friends and familiar faces I had the joy of seeing again.
Saturday evening The Academy hosted the RAWW play party and had a WONDERFUL time as the evening tured into an impromptu RAWW “game” night… Those who know me know that deliciously wicked games are one of my specialties so it was truly a delight to get everyone involved in my delicious sport! –wink-
After a full evening I spent Sunday relaxing in the sun and getting ready for a wonderfully fun week ahead. Truly, I am the luckiest woman in the world.

At The Academy we've heard your pleas.
We know finances are tight and travel budgets have been cut, but we also know your urges for play pay are still there, still needing fulfillment.
As our way to show we understand, we have decided to adopt the tribute reserved for our “Monthly Specials” as our “standard hourly tribute” until the current economic fluctuation improves.
The “Session Tribute” page has been removed from The Academy website for the time being so please call the scheduling line with any questions. (213.255.8544)
Other changes effective today:
1. All appointments require 24 hours notice
2. We will no longer accept blocked calls
3. For appointments scheduled multiple days/weeks/months in advance: A confirmation call or email the day before your appointment will also now be required.
4. If travel or other life situations will prevent you from being able to contact me between 10:30 and 12:00 the day of (or the day prior) to your appointment, I expect to be notified of it in advance and we will work out a suitable solution for your specific case.
